GROUPS
It’s great to attend, but it’s even better to be involved. What that means is that if you consider this to be your home church, we want you to become both NEEDED and KNOWN by other people here. And there is no better way to do that than to join a small group.
Our small group system is simple: we ask our leaders what kind of group they would be interested in leading, they set the time, day, location and focus, and then we tell you about it. You register your interest for the one that excites you the most, and the leaders get back to you. Oh, and they meet every other week, just so you know.

BIBLE, PRAYER & COFFEE

Time: Wednesday evenings
Location: Portadown
Leaders: Jim & Esther Uprichard
Approx demographic: 40s-60s
Brief description: Our fun group gathers every other week for some Bible study, conversation and prayer over snacks and coffee. This season we are studying a book called Love Your Church by Tony Merida, and have a couple of spots left for people to join us.
BRUNCH CLUB
Time: Saturday Mornings
Location: Hope Church
Leaders: Jamie & Dany Bambrick
Approx demographic: 20s-40s, plus kids if you have them, and honestly just anyone who really likes bacon.
Brief description: Jesus made breakfast, and so should we. The main aim here is just to get together, eat some food, and enjoy hanging out together on Saturday mornings, and we’ll try to have some sort of meaningful conversation as well as a bit of prayer whilst we’re at it.
PRAYER FOR PRODIGALS
Time: 4th Thurday evening each month
Location: Waringstown
Leader: Ted & Brandy Cox
Approx demographic: Parents of any age
Brief description: Do you have a loved one who has turned away from relationship with God? Maybe they’ve fallen out of relationship with you as well? If that’s you, why don’t you join us for fellowship, encouragement and to pray for one another and our lost love ones. We’ll be making our way together through Jeff Lucas’s book Will Your Prodigal Come Home? Come prepared for good tea, a bun or two, a bit of craic, and new friends as we walk this hard road together.
PARENTING PRE-TEENS & TEENS

Approx demographic: 30s-50s
Brief description: Our group is designed for parents of kids as they go through their tweens and teens, aiming to support and encourage one another, and pray together for our kids (not to mention for each other – we need it!) We want to build a strong community of parents in our church for the sake of our kids and each other.
MIDWEEK BIBLE STUDY
Time: Tuesday evenings
Location: The Shed
Leaders: Malcolm & Sharon Adamson
Approx demographic: 30s-60s
Brief description: We want to have some fun and some Bible study together, working our way through the gospels and then also interspersing that with subjects chosen by the group. We’ll also have coffee, chat, prayer, and occasional other activity evenings.
SOUL SISTERS
Time: Friday evenings
Location: The Shed
Leaders: Jasmine Parks & Rachel Roberts
Approx demographic: Women of any age
Brief description: It’s a chance for the women of Hope to get together and have some fun. We’ve got pizza nights, crafts, pampering, movies, mocktails, Q&As and much more!
